Our mission at The GEM Community Center (Godly Encouragement Ministries) is to spread the love of Jesus Christ both within our local community and globally. We are committed to uplifting each individual, recognizing the inherent dignity and worth bestowed by their creation in God's image. Through a range of ministries and outreach programs, we aim to meet people where they are, offering love, support, and practical assistance.

A Legacy of Love and Service
Founded in 2017 by a group of faith-driven community leaders, The GEM Community Center has grown from a small prayer group to a vibrant resource center that impacts hundreds of lives each year. We have continuously expanded our services to include diverse ministries that cater to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our community members.

Right now there are many people who are in need of housing, shelter, rental assistance or at the verge of evection. We have created a 12 week program that will help them get back on their feet. GEM Suicide Prevention Project
Suicide is complicated and tragic, but it is often preventable. Knowing the warning signs for suicide and how to get help can help save lives. These warning signs include talking about dying, extreme feelings of guilt and shame, feelings of letting others down or being a burden.
